(Prof. Dr. Naseer Mirza Hamza), Head of the Department of biology at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, participated as a member of the doctoral thesis discussion committee for the student (Noura Ali Obaid) from the Department of Laser Physics/College of Science for Girls/the University of Babylon for her thesis entitled (Effects of Low-Level Laser Intensity and Nanoparticles on Physical Properties of Blood Proteins. The discussion committee consisted of:
