Follow up on Citizens’ Requests and Facilitate Procedures

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, followed up on citizens’ requests and directed the competent departments to facilitate procedures and enable auditors to take positive treatments.
He listened to the inquiries made by the citizens, instructing at the same time to intensify the communication channels and organize the timings related to the completion of transactions and requests so that the auditors, whether they are teachers, employees, or students, can identify the indicators of community service.
The Minister of Education stressed the ministry’s keenness to overcome procedural paths according to contexts that take into account the legal aspect and ensure flexibility in dealing with different cases.
In turn, the citizens and the auditors thanked them for the careful follow-up and the responsible care shown by the Minister of Education regarding the procedures and decisions that serve the public interest.
