Central Electronic Submission to Private Universities and Colleges
In confirmation of the legal and procedural contexts for university application and admission for the academic year 2023/2022, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research urges its students to adopt the mechanisms of central electronic admission to apply to universities and private colleges through the portal of the Private University Education Department (https://student.pe- gate.org/) exclusively. The Ministry of Education warns against attempts to deceive the student from submitting a paper, seizing study seats, or responding to payment of tuition fees or a percentage thereof, and calls upon those wishing to apply to abide by the instructions and requirements stipulated in the Student Handbook (http://mohesr.gov.iq/…/2022/09/daleel_ahlee_22_23.pdf). At a time when the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel-Saheb, directed the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority to evaluate the indicators of the first stage of the central electronic submission to private universities and colleges, the Ministry of Education calls on its students, their generous families, followers and those interested to mark the observed cases and send them via the official mail to the legal department (info.lad@mohesr.gov.iq) to investigate documented violations.
