A Lecturer from the Department of Chemistry Publishes a Scientific Research on the Preparation and Diagnosis of Nickel, Palladium, Platinum and Copper with the New Oxazepine Ring
The lecturer in the Department of Chemistry (Lect. Jahan Hamid Abdel Amir) published a paper entitled (Preparation and diagnosis of nickel, palladium, platinum, and copper with the new oxazepine ring, in an international journal within Escopas containers (IOP Conference Series: Journal of Materials Science and Engineering). The results of the research summarized that the cycloaddition reaction, the new Oxazipine ring consisting of the seven rings were prepared by reacting Schiff’s base with phthalic anhydride. Then we use the Oxazipine Clicand ring in this research and it was attended by four complexes with some transitional elements, namely nickel, palladium, platinum, and copper. Several techniques were used to determine the produced compound such as melting point, FT-IR, H NMR 1, and UV-Vis.
