A Meeting of the Opinion Board in the Ministry of Higher Education

The opinion panel at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research held its extraordinary meeting in the presence of the First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Mr. Hakim Al-Zamili.  Minister of Education called on the Iraqi parliament to increase the number of specialized government universities to accommodate the increasing outputs, allocate plots of land for university professors and higher education affiliates, and address the file of appointments in educational institutions Higher education, reviewing the retirement law, especially with regard to university professors, allocating sufficient funds to meet the requirements of scientific research, completing and maintaining university infrastructure, and allocating a special budget for importing laboratory equipment.
