Workshop
Department of Chemistry at the College of Education for Pure Sciences held a workshop entitled (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy Techniques), delivered by (Associate Eng. Muhammad Aboud Abbas) from the Ministry of Science and Technology / Department of Environment and Water. The objective of the workshop was to train the employees of the Chemistry Department on the use of atomic absorption spectroscopy. The workshop lasted for two days. The first day included a theoretical lecture on the principles of atomic spectroscopy. The second day included practical training on the atomic spectroscopy. The workshop was attended by the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs (Prof. Dr. Muhammad Nazem Bahgat), the Head of the Chemistry Department, and a number of professors and teachers of the department.
