Minister of Higher Education Holds a Meeting with the Central Committee for Investing the Potential of Scholarships

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel Sahib, held a meeting with a number of members of the Academic Central Committee to invest the energies of scholarship students in Iraqi universities. The attendees reviewed the outputs of the methodological plan developed in this context and the careful follow-up by the specialized committee for the data indicated under the direct supervision of the Minister of Education and Statistics, which included the numbers of scholarship students, their job positions in universities, and the visions and projects presented by these graduates who obtained their certificates and educational attainment from international universities.
The Minister of Education called for unifying efforts between the Central Committee in the Ministry of Education and the Higher Committee for the Development of Education in Iraq and entrusting the management of this file and its details to the exclusive sectoral authority represented by the Department of Missions and Cultural Relations in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as it is the institution concerned with drawing up the scholarship policy, determining the required specializations and equivalency of certificates.
