Patented
Dr. Safaa Muhammad Reda Hussein, a lecturer at the College of Education for Pure Sciences/Department of Physics, obtained a patent from the Russian Federation, through which a device was manufactured that can measure the size and density of nan-oparticles during their dissolution and deposition in the solvent. The idea was to put nan-oparticles in a container containing a solvent solution and shine a laser beam on these molecules on one side and receive the transmitting beam after it falls on the nan-oparticles on the other side by a detector. This device analyzes the penetrating beam and through data analysis, the size and intensity of the nan-oparticles.
