College of Education for Pure Sciences held a symposium entitled (The Guiding Teacher’s Job and Its Applied Importance), delivered by (Dr. Malik Mutlaq Takhit) and (Dr. Ali Hammoud Al-Tamimi). This symposium targeted fourth-year students and all departments of the college. The aim of the symposium was how to prepare graduates of the College of Education for Pure Sciences in a way that helps them to be able in the future to deal with their students in a scientific manner and method by dealing with talented and talented students in a way that enables them to use their mental and psychological abilities correctly, and to help students choose the academic specialization that suits their capabilities and skills, identifying students who suffer from the problem of academic delay and helping them to solve it, and addressing students’ behavioral problems such as bullying, cheating and theft among some students. The two lecturers recommended the necessity of positive communication between the school administration and the students’ families, and the establishment of counseling courses for students and teachers. The symposium was attended by students of the fourth stage of all departments of the college.
