(Prof. Dr. Hossam Abd Ali Muhammad), Head of the Mathematics Department at the College of Education for Pure Sciences/University of Karbala, participated in the discussion committee for the doctoral thesis of student (Ghazi Abdullah Madloul) from the College of Education for Pure Sciences/University of Babylon for his thesis tagged (some reliability optimization techniques for networks and some methods of improving the relevance of networks), and in the presence of a number of researchers. The discussion culminated in providing valuable comments by the discussants in order to enrich the thesis and support the information in it. After a detailed discussion for a period of five hours and the student defending his thesis, the committee decided to accept the thesis and award the researcher a doctorate with distinction.
