Announcement of Documents Required to Register New Students
The College of Education for Pure Sciences / University of Karbala announces to its dear students who are centrally accepted for the academic year 2021-2022 the required documents during the registration stage, as shown below. Therefore, all honorable students are kindly requested to bring all supporting documents and review the Registration Division at the Deanship of the College of Education for Pure Sciences located at the University of Karbala – the university city Freiha – opposite the city of visitors in order to complete the registration process as soon as possible and distribute the students to the four scientific departments in the college (Department of Science Life, Department of Mathematics, Department of Chemistry, Department of Physics) after the end of the registration period so that our dear students can see their departments and start the new academic year in the first stage. Required documents: 1- Nationality certificate for the student number (2) and for the father and mother number (1) 2- The student’s civil status ID number (2) and the father and mother number (1) 3- Ration card + housing card (copy + color copy) 4- Medical examination + 3 copies 5- The middle school document sealed by the school and certified by the Education (original + color copy No. (3)). In the event that the document is not obtained, an endorsement of grades will be brought, stamped by the school and certified by the Education 6- Payment of registration fees in the accounts of the College of Education for Pure Sciences 7- A guarantee from the Legal Department at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, as shown: a. The sponsor must be an employee or retired B. Attendance of the sponsor in person with the student to the legal division inside the college c. A letter of support for the sponsor from his circle to continue his service Dr.. Civil status ID, housing card, department ID, or sponsor’s retirement ID
