Holding the First Student Cultural Festival


Under the patronage of the respected Mrs. Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences (Prof. Hamida Idan Salman) and under the supervision of the head of the Department of Life Sciences and the department’s professors, the students of the Department of Life Sciences, the third stage, at the College of Education for Pure Sciences held their first cultural student festival entitled (The Giving Festival), on Wednesday, corresponding to 1/12/2021. Where the festival began with reciting verses from the Holy Quran, then interspersed with the speech of the Dean, explaining the meaning of giving, citing the role of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), which embodied his revolution, which was not an emotional revolution or a random movement, but rather a conscious revolution with a clear vision and specific goals through which all meanings are drawn. And the concepts of giving. For his part, Mrs. Dean also urged the students to imitate this great personality and learn from it through their dedication and arming them with science and knowledge to be leaders of the community by being teachers and educators for future generations. Also, a group of poets presented at the festival a beautiful and expressive message of giving and generosity. . At the end of the festival, the Dean presented some certificates of appreciation to the diligent students. The festival was attended by the scientific and administrative assistants of the Dean, a group of professors and teachers, and a large gathering of college students.
