Issuance of a Decision Regarding the Admission of Blind Students to Universities
In order to support them and enable them to be accepted into universities, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel-Saheb, directed the inclusion of blind students born in 1990 up to apply to the central admission according to the student’s desire and rate to join the morning study in public universities for the academic year 2022/2021. He also directed the Minister of Education to provide an opportunity for blind peers born prior to 1990 to apply for evening studies at public universities and to be exempted from tuition fees.
