The visit of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research to the University of Karbala
The Honorable Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research (Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel Sahib) visited the University of Karbala and was received by the Honorable President of Karbala University (Prof. Dr. Bassem Khalil Nayel) and the Honorable Governor of Karbala, Engineer (Nassif Al-Khattabi), to inaugurate the completed projects at the university. . They were accompanied on the inspection tour by the respected Mrs. Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences (Prof. Hamida Idan Salman), with the deans of faculties and department officials in the presidency.The tour of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research included the opening of several projects at the university, including the student graduation platform, the university’s irrigation river project, some exhibitions in colleges and football stadiums.
Professor (Nabil Kazem Abdel-Saheb) praised the achievements made by Karbala University in a record period despite the spread of the Corona pandemic. His Excellency expressed his admiration for these achievements. A press conference was also held for the Minister and the President of the University with a number of satellite channels, and then a meeting was held with the deans of the faculties to present the projects to his Excellency and discuss the university’s investment budget.
