Opening of the Exhibition of Sterilizer Manufacturing Products
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdul-Saheb, accompanied by the respected Governor of Karbala, Engineer Nassif Al-Khattabi, and the Honorable President of the University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Bassem Khalil Nayel and his respected scientific and administrative assistants, visited an exhibition of sterilizers and disinfectants for the College of Education for Pure Sciences, on the day Sunday, August 29, 2021. They were received by the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Prof. Dr. Hamida Idan Salman, the respected lady. The Dean explained to their honor, saying that the College of Education for Pure Sciences manufactured a large group of disinfectant and sterile materials and distributed them free of charge to health departments throughout the governorates of Iraq, and the synthetic components that were included were added In the manufacture of the product according to the specifications approved by the Karbala Health Department. The Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Hamida Aidan, said that these materials were manufactured in the laboratories of the Department of Chemistry in our college by professors specialized in the prevention of epidemic diseases. Where these materials were manufactured with many different types of sterilizers, and the aim of manufacturing these sterile materials was to distribute them free of charge to the Karbala Health Department, the Iraqi governorates and government departments, in addition to the needy families and shops in the holy province of Karbala. His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research praised the efforts exerted, declaring his continuous support. He also expressed his thanks and appreciation for this work.
