Which includes the availability of a maintenance record and a calibration record for the devices in the laboratory, besides attaching the inventory of the laboratory device, installing the method of work of each device, coding the chemicals inside the laboratory, documenting the maintenance process of the devices on an ongoing basis, maintaining and sustaining electrical points (lighting, alarm device, electric tug inside the laboratory Periodically, include the records of the weekly schedule of study subjects in addition to a list of students’ skills, attach the administrative order to the courses and participation certificates for all laboratory workers in the laboratory records, install and update the structure of the laboratory and update it based on the administrative order for the employees, mentioning the exact specialization of the laboratory supervisor, and attaching the self-report with An improvement plan for the laboratory in the records. Furthermore, there are other points emphasized by the Dean, which is the importance of the presence in the laboratory. The Dean praised the efforts made and thanked the supervisors and laboratory workers for their dedication and encouragement to the continuous maintenance of the college laboratories.
