The comprehensive quality assurance management includes a set of integrated intellectual philosophies, statistical tools and administrative processes used to achieve the general objectives set by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and this is the College of Education for Pure Sciences, which draws attention in terms of administrative work seeking to develop decision-making rather than Upgrading the decision itself and in terms of organizational work The college aims to improve education through problem solving, rather than education based on scientific concepts .
