#0000ff\">Announcing the Rules for Accepting Distinguished Students Studying in the English language<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: center\">\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">In support of the distinguished students segment and in order to enable them to achieve their scientific ambitions in university studies, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the creation of a channel to accept students from graduates of distinguished schools and Baghdad College who study in English in Iraqi universities and study outside Iraq.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The decision of the opinion board, which was approved by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel-Saheb, stipulated the opening of a special channel for this segment within the central admission and its controls clarified that the students covered by it have the right to apply to the general central admission channels and the distinguished channel, while the student enjoys only one privilege in In the event that he is one of the martyrs\u2019 families or children of professors or distinguished, with the possibility of transferring him between governorates in government universities if he is one of the professors\u2019 children, as well as reducing study fees by 50% in the event that those students are willing to be accepted in the morning private government education channel.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The decision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research included the acceptance of this segment in public and private universities and to study outside Iraq according to the following detail:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">First: Central admission to public universities:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">\u25aaMedical group<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The acceptance rate is 10% of the admission plan.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The minimum limits allowed for submission are three degrees lower than the minimum limits for central admission for the year of admission.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">\u25aa\ufe0f Engineering Group<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The acceptance rate is 10% of the admission plan.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The minimum limits allowed for submission are four degrees lower than the minimum limits for central admission for the year of admission.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">\u25aa\ufe0fAll specialties<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The acceptance rate is 10% of the admission plan.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The minimum limits allowed for submission are five degrees lower than the minimum limits for central admission for the year of admission.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Second: General admission to private universities and colleges:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">\u25aa\ufe0fmedicine specialization<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The acceptance rate is 10% of the admission plan.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The minimum limits allowed for submission are 85.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">\u25aa\ufe0f Specializing in dentistry, pharmacy, and supporting medical and health specialties<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The acceptance rate is 20% of the admission plan.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The minimum allowed to apply is 75.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">\u25aa\ufe0fOther Specialties<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The acceptance rate is 20% of the admission plan.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The minimum limits allowed for submission are five degrees lower than the minimum limits approved for the year of admission, and not less than 60%.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Third: Study outside Iraq in accredited universities:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The average open file for studying medicine is 85.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The average file opening rate for studying dentistry and pharmacy is 75.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The rate of opening the file for other specializations is five degrees lower than the minimum limits of the approved rates for the year of admission.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff\">The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research confirms its readiness for the university admission season for the academic year 2023\/2022 in light of the legal determinants, contexts and technical procedures that are explained by the student&#8217;s guide to the approved electronic
