The Minister of Higher Education Issues a Directive Regarding the Results of the Second Attempt Exams and Graduation Ceremonies

Guidance on the Results of the Second Attempt Exams and Graduation Ceremonies

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel Sahib, directed public and private universities and colleges with several procedures related to the results of the second attempt exams and preparing the university environment and its internal departments to receive students and organize graduation ceremonies. The Minister of Education emphasized working on the timings stipulated in the university calendar for the academic year 2022/2021 and the upcoming academic year 2023/2022, taking into account the following:

▪️ Evaluating the results of the second attempt exams according to an objective vision that achieves the goals of the educational process, of which the student is one of its important pillars.
▪️ Intensifying procedures and completing the paths of initiation and implementation of the plans of private universities for the new academic year 2023/2022, which will start on 10/2-2022, commitment to timing and teaching programs, and preparing the university environment and its internal departments to receive students.
▪️ Organizing graduation ceremonies programs in this university season through the following:
First: It does not affect the scientific environment, its halls, and laboratories.
Second: The graduation ceremonies programs are limited to the official university attendance and the central words of the president of the university and the first student, in addition to repeating the oath and honoring the top performers.


Third: Benefiting from Saturday for the official celebration and setting a known time limit within the sites indicated by the competent committees and securing them, taking into account the privacy of the university campus and embodying the name of the graduation course (by science, homelands are built).
