The College of Education for Pure Sciences holds its second national scientific conference for postgraduate students for the academic year 2020-2021
Under the patronage of the President of Karbala University, Prof. The respected Basem Khalil Nayel Al-Saidi, under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Prof.Dr. Hamida Idan Salman Respected, the College of Education for Pure Sciences held its second national scientific conference for postgraduate studies electronically, on Monday, 5/17/2021 at exactly ten in the morning, using the electronic platform Free Conference Call program. The conference consisted of four themes: the Biology sciences axis, the mathematics axis, the chemistry axis, and the physics axis. Among his other axes is the possibility of developing appropriate solutions to the problems that the Iraqi society and the Karbala Governorate are suffering from, which have been crystallized through the conference’s axes in various scientific aspects. The conference included the participation of 43 papers published in well-established international journals within Scopes containers and in many specializations, including 27 research papers in the Biology sciences department, 14 research papers in the chemistry department, and 3 research papers in the mathematics and physics departments. The aim of the conference was to review recent research related to the development of the agricultural and environmental sector, consolidate the course of scientific research in the fields of applied, pure and computer mathematics, and think about bringing about scientific developments and future prospects in the branches of chemistry, including nanotechnology, applied chemistry and materials science. It also aims to open up sound scientific and applied horizons to advance scientific research using the latest technologies in the field of physics.
