A Workshop
The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research held a workshop on simplifying administrative procedures and using modern technical systems with the participation of department managers and people’s officials at the Ministry’s center.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Ali Hamid Al Shukri, said that the development of administrative work requires simplifying procedures and providing services to citizens and employees through the establishment of a joint electronic portal between the departments to define the tasks of each of them and the services that can be provided.
The workshop reviewed the mechanisms for providing the portal with information, the type of services and their classification, as well as training programs for the administrative staff and the preparation of a database of instructions and controls issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
