The Times Classification for Sustainable Development

Forty-seven Iraqi universities and colleges scored competitive positions in the Times Sustainable Development Ranking for the year 2022, which included 1,406 institutions from 106 countries around the world.
The official results published (https://www.timeshighereducation.com/…/2022/overall…) indicated an increase in the number of Iraqi universities and colleges that booked their positions in the Times classification for sustainable development to forty-seven, topped by the University of Basra, which ranked 301-400 globally. The second top university is the University of Babylon (401-600) and the University of Baghdad (401-600), while the College of the Future won the sequence (801-1000).
It should be noted that the British Times classification for sustainable development works on evaluating universities by achieving a number of United Nations goals out of 17 goals, including quality of education, health and well-being, partnerships, industry and innovation.
