Submission Guidelines
Research papers are submitted via the EDAS system and must be formatted according to the journal’s guidelines. The papers are then checked for plagiarism and artificial intelligence content. After this, the conference editor matches the papers’ specializations with the conference topics and sends them to two reviewers. The papers are returned to the authors for required revisions. Once the revisions are verified, the authors are notified of their acceptance to participate in the conference and the acceptance of their scientific paper.

Paper submission template
AIP Conference Proceedings uses author-prepared PDFs for all published content and will not send out author proofs prior to publication. Therefore, it is important to ensure that all manuscripts are submitted in their final form and that all fonts are embedded.
